St. Barnabas' corporation is made up of the following positions: Rector, Rector's Warden, People's Warden, Assistant People's Warden and Treasurer.

The Vestry consists of 12 men and women who have been elected to serve the parish in staggered three-year terms. The Vestry has implemented two new positions, the Assistant Rector's Warden (appointd by the Rector) and Assistant People's Warden (who is elected by the parish memhers).

The purpose of the Vestry is to assist and advise the Incumbent, Wardens and Treasurer in the management of the physical aspects of the parish and other matters as may be referred to them. Together with the Corporation, the Vestry guides the planning and proper procedures of the parish.

The Corporation and Vestry meet the fourth Tuesday of each month, excluding July and August.
