BAS calendars are available for $9 each. Please put payment in one of the envelopes in the narthex and put the envelope on the collection plate; your calendar(s) will be set out for you next week. If paying by e-transfer, please note that it is for calendar purchase. The BAS calendar has photographs of Canadian churches and is the calendar which our lectionary follows. BCP calendars have been ordered; if you ordered one, you will  be contacted with the cost once they arrive.

There will be a Newcomers’ Reception for everyone who has joined the parish in the last 12 months, on Tuesday, October 27^th at 6:30 PM in the upper hall. RSVP to priest@stbarnabas.ca.

The intercessory prayer list is renewed at the beginning of each month to ensure it reflects current needs. To include a name for November, please email office@stbarnabas.ca by October 27^th.

Please pick up your stewardship letter in the narthex. If there isn’t one addressed to you, you may take one of the unaddressed envelopes; please email your address to office@stbarnabas.ca so that you will be included in future mailings. Please return your pledge card and ministry opportunities card in the enclosed envelope by November 1. You may place the envelope on the offering plate.

The service on October 25th will not be livestreamed.

Giving to the causes you care about can take many forms. A Donor Advised Fund (DAF) is one option that can help make your charitable giving simpler, more flexible, and more intentional - both today and in the years ahead.

The following request for financial assistance is from a former parishioner who is battling two types of cancer. 

To sponsor altar flowers, sign up on the flower calendar posted on the bulletin board in the narthex. As there is room for only one set of flowers on the altar, if someone has already signed up for the date you wish, we request that you choose another date. Cost of flower sponsorship is $60 and is included in the calculation of your tax receipt.

Please contact the office by Tuesday of the week before your sponsorship date to provide your dedication to be printed in the bulletin.
